plantladylin East Central, FL (Zone 9a) July 4, 2008 9:55 PM	It looks like Aloe Vera to me. I have 4 cats and also have Aloe plants but my cats don't bother them. Aloe Vera IS poisonous to cats. jlisiewski Berkeley, CA July 5, 2008 11:31 AM	Thanks! I thought it looked like an aloe vera plant, but I didn't know aloe vera plants grew stalks like that. My cats will be fine with it, but I'm catsitting for a couple weeks and I know the owner of the cat will feel much more comfortable if I find a temporary home for poisonous plants while I'm catsitting. Her cat does have a history of chewing on plants. I know someone who will watch my plants for a few weeks, so I'll still keep all of them. Thanks for the ID.
