ecrane3 Dublin, CA (Zone 9a) July 22, 2008 9:00 PM	They're not really that picky--anything that has tubular flowers in bright colors such as red, orange, hot pink will attract them. Although I've seen some happily feeding on my pale lavender agapanthus, so maybe they're not even all that picky about color.
Lynnie6868 (Zone 5b) July 23, 2008 7:17 AM	I had calibrachoa (did I spell that right?) in pots on my front steps last year and had hummingbirds around my front door all summer. They were lavender, but they come in other really pretty colors.
