Hello,
I am Looking For Plant Material That Will Attract Humming Birds.
I am in the 33136 Zip Code.
This is the downtown/overtown area of Miami Florida.
Thanks.

They're not really that picky--anything that has tubular flowers in bright colors such as red, orange, hot pink will attract them. Although I've seen some happily feeding on my pale lavender agapanthus, so maybe they're not even all that picky about color.

I had calibrachoa (did I spell that right?) in pots on my front steps last year and had hummingbirds around my front door all summer. They were lavender, but they come in other really pretty colors.

Coral honeysuckle, Mexican Flame vine, cypress vine. Like ecrane said, almost anything with tubular flowers.

They seem to like my foxglove and one bright green male seemed very intent on the butterfly bush.
