A lovely garden in beautiful East Texas. Full of native plants, an historic home, herb gardens, pavillon for a meeting or reunion complete with picnic tables. There is a nature walk and a small gift shop. The bath facilities are very clean. It is located on a hill and there is always a nice breeze. This is a great place to go if you don't want to walk a lot or to take small children where they can run about and you can easily keep up with them. There also is a playground and darling playhouse. We took a small group of special needs students and had a wonderful time and a great picnic lunch.
