A beautiful remote 3 acre location in the redwoods that was once a country home of a landscape designer and a plantsman. They brought plants from around the world to their garden, experimenting until they had the best of them adapted to our California climate.
My visit was shortly after the newest owners acquired the property. Their goal is to gradually restore the gardens and they are propagating plants for the sales tables so that once again, the nursery can attain it's full glory.
Wonderful meandering paths, footbridges and ponds with spectacular plant specimens to delight the eyes! Well worth the visit.
