I drive from Farmington, CT every May to Meadowview Farms. It's a nice drive down route 10. Their variety of plants for the garden is great. Prices are so reasonable. It's better than the local Big name home improvement stores variety and prices. And their hanging baskets are the best I have ever seen. My mother can't wait for mother's day for her hanging basket. In my area one of the best garden centers that exist. Wide range of perennials, biennials & annuals. Beautiful setting & the staff is excellent. I go there every May to see what is new.
