I have enjoyed coming to Yamagami's for years. They have a nice selection of Japanese Maples, fruit and citrus trees and many types of other trees. Shrubs, roses, perennials, annuals as well as a selection of indoor plants and garden accessories and sample pot potted displays make this a well rounded nursery. Staff is always helpful and they have garden reference books on hand for consulting.
Their website offers informative pdf planting guides and handy monthly garden planners.
There is a Summerwinds nursery next door which carry many of the smae plants and slightly cheaper plants but Yamagami's often has a few more unusual plant selections.
This nursery has been at this location for 60 years and is worth a visit.

Great selections in an inviting layout, also they have a booth staffed by knowledgeable gardeners to help you find something or make suggestions. Offer selection of plants from Annie's Annuals. Lots of beautiful, creative preplanted containers to give you ideas or to buy.
More large size specimen plants than at typcial nurseries.

Wide variety of beautiful plants; nice people. Expensive, but if you can't find it anywhere else, they probably have it.
