If you have to drive more than 10 minutes don't bother. Have only been once but....have been to lots and lots of nurseries that would rate much higher....fred meyers (ha)

Next year hire some more help or something. I know this is mostly a "sell buy internet" place, would not do this after seeing the quality of the things for retail.

Their plants are good sized, healthy, and they have a large selection, including hard to find varieties. I recommend visiting the retail site if you can because not only can you hand-select your plant, but they are likely to have things not listed on the catalog site.
