It took them almost 2 weeks to get a price to us on a tree we wanted to buy for Mother's Day, even though we dropped by on 3 separate occasions and called twice to check on it. It was not a cheap tree ($700) and I was surprised that no one would take the time to look it up for us while we were there, ready to buy. Needless to say, we didn't get it in time for Mother's Day.
