We like Phipps Country as much for the heirloom beans that are the core of their business and a lifesaver to local farms who grow for them, as for the U-Pick strawberries and Ollallieberries, and other garden delights available for purchase in their market stand.
There's a small entry fee plus per-pound price; they use no pesticides (but have not as far as I can tell, gone through the process of becoming certified organic).
They're in from the coast just a few miles, and the growing is indeed a little different from Coastways, who are right on the coast and south a smidgeon.

If you're hungry you can picnic on the grounds, there are a few picnic tables in front in the shade, but for my wooden nickel if you want to sit down and be served a Meal, head back towards the coast, turn right at the stop sign (that'd be Stage Road, but you'll see exactly what I mean), go a block and park and go on in to Duarte's (rhymes with Stewarts) and your foodie soul will be in Heaven.

I forgot to mention - a couple of years ago, Phipps took in a flock of rescue geese, and from time to time you\'ll find blown goose eggs in their market.
