Sending an incorrect Clematis (color only) sent me to the phone to tell Rod about my problem. As always, he was accommodating and replacing with the correct one, plus I've added another 6 or 7 plants to the order. I love this company, and I love their service and products. In this day of "hold on please", it is truly a pleasure to hear a nice voice and "we will help" you when you need to phone. If you email, they respond. I give Garden Crossings a big Thumbs Up and A++++ in the Mail Order business. I only wish I could visit them in person. Thanks to the whole crew at GC.

I had placed an internet order with these guys after finding them on Dave's. When I received a postcard from them, I found they weren't much farther than another nursery I travel to shop at. Pulling up, we were impressed with the amount of parking. We went into the building and was surprised that it was quite a bit smaller than we thought it would be. However, they make great use of their space. The displays were nice and colorful. He had a great selection of some of the most popular plants, including varieties we hadn't seen yet. Prices on 3 gallon shrubs is $30 and the plants are huge. We saw the same shrubs at another nursery for $38 and they were only 1/4 the size. I know I can place an internet order and pick up at the store - getting the cheaper in store prices and saving the shipping costs. The owner gave me a 10% discount card for all in store purchases.
When he found out we had just received a mail order, we inquired whether it arrived in good shape.
