About a mile hike on boardwalk through an ancient Ash and Beech stand. A very marshy area so the wildflowers are outrageous in the spring (early-mid May) In fact, it is rated one of the best places in Ohio for seeing woodland wildflowers. We go every season to enjoy the changes. This place is very rustic, there is no phone, no buildings and no toilet. It is out in a terrific area in general, lots of Mennonite greenhouses and markets surround it.
