Tilden Botanic Garden

Tilden is not only a great botanic garden, but the area we refer to as "Tilden" also encompasses a regional park. The garden's emphasis is on California native plants. It also puts on an annual native plant sale, has free docent-led tours, a symposium on native plants. I find it a very peaceful place to be, and have seen ladybugs in the millions on more than one occasion.
